Avv. Marco Bianucci
Founder
Founded the firm in Milan and leads it. He handles criminal law, family law, personal injury and inheritance matters, and is admitted to plead before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation.
Before you tell us about your situation, it is only right that you know who you are entrusting it to. Meet the lawyers and colleagues who work together every day at the firm in Milan.

Our story
Some matters are not easy to talk about. A family crisis, an accusation or the aftermath of an accident can affect parts of your life that until recently seemed secure. When you look for a law firm at such a time, you are also looking for people you can speak to openly, without having to know all the answers already or find the right words straight away.
I founded Studio Legale Bianucci in Milan. Together with the lawyers and colleagues who work with me, I practise criminal law, family law, personal injury and inheritance law. Before you entrust us with a matter that is important to you, I would like you to get to know the people of the firm and what each of them can contribute.
I would like our relationship to begin here: with the freedom to say what worries you and to ask about whatever is unclear. It may be a decision about your children, the meaning of an accusation, the fear of the financial consequences of an injury, or an inheritance that puts family relationships to the test. You do not need to present a perfect account. What matters is being able to voice your doubts as well.
For me, listening makes sense if it helps make the decisions that follow understandable. I want you to understand the reasons behind a proposal, the difficulties to be faced and what remains uncertain. Trust should never require you to accept a decision you do not understand.
I am admitted to plead before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation. I studied law at the University of Milan and for almost ten years worked with the chair of Criminal Procedure held by Professor Daniela Vigoni. Today, at our office in Via Alberto da Giussano, I work with a team whose skills and roles differ: some handle the legal side, others can offer families educational support.

The initial meeting is for understanding your situation, not for filling in a form. We start from your questions and take the time needed to piece together the facts, understand what worries you most and identify what is urgent.
We explain the possible options in plain words, together with their risks and what remains uncertain. No promises about the outcome: every important decision is discussed with you before it is taken.
Before you instruct us, you receive a written estimate of the planned work and fees, as required by the law governing the legal profession. You can decide calmly, knowing from the start what to expect.
The team
Behind every name is a person, with their own background and role. Lawyers, a trainee lawyer and a family pedagogist work together every day: here you can begin to get to know them, and their profiles describe the work they do.

Our network
A legal matter is rarely about the law alone: there may be medical records to read, an accident to reconstruct, a child to be heard. When needed, we coordinate a network of professionals chosen according to the issues to be examined.
They assess injuries, causation and permanent after-effects from the medical records. In medical negligence and accident cases they prepare the party-appointed expert report.
They work on cases involving children: custody, parenting capacity, hearing the child. As party-appointed experts they take part in the assessment ordered by the court.
Licensed by the Prefecture, they carry out defence investigations: they trace witnesses, gather documents and images, and check the facts alleged against the client.
They reconstruct how road and workplace accidents happened: speed, trajectories, the state of the site and machinery. Their reports help establish who is responsible.
They verify the integrity and origin of messages, chats, e-mails and files, acquired with forensic methods, so that digital evidence can be filed in court or challenged.
They analyse income, assets and financial flows, including through companies and foreign accounts, to quantify maintenance, inheritance shares and financial losses.

If you live far from Milan or abroad, we can talk by video call, in Italian or English. You do not need to have all the answers already: we can start from your questions.
