I wholeheartedly recommend lawyer Bianucci, who supported me through a very challenging and emotionally heavy separation and then divorce process. Married for 10 years, I am 40 years old and without children. With these premises, being a woman in Italy in 2022, the situation is anything but rosy, and if one thinks that the law delivers justice and that it is upheld, it is pure fantasy. This is the sad reality in Italy. Initially, I hired a female lawyer, prominent only in name, who had previously represented Berlusconi's ex-wife. It was the worst choice I could have made. High-profile lawyers do nothing; in fact, they have their assistants handle everything. In my case, it was like that, and after a month and a half of chatter and wasted time, she finally provided me with a quote: €30,000!! I found myself in great difficulty because, first and foremost, I didn’t feel protected, and that is the worst thing that can happen—not having confidence in those who represent you. Most of the time, I had to fight to assert my point of view. Absurd. The quote was the last straw. Changing lawyers mid-process is like changing parachutes in free fall… you can’t sleep at night and feel breathless. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Fortunately, with a bit of help from a family lawyer from another city, I was directed to lawyer Bianucci. Lawyer Bianucci supported me throughout the entire process, which lasted two years. Without him, I don’t know how I would have managed. He was excellent, establishing a strategy and following it consistently and determinedly. Even in the darkest moments, he was there for me and always gave me confidence. I couldn’t recommend him more. He was outstanding and, above all, very human and empathetic, which is often lacking in lawyers. The separation and then the divorce went well, and thanks to lawyer Bianucci, I was also able to restore a peaceful relationship with my ex. Truly, I couldn’t recommend him more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
