Founder of the Firm

Some matters are difficult to talk about. A family breakdown, an allegation or the consequences of an accident can affect parts of your life that, until recently, seemed secure. When you look for a law firm, you are also looking for people you can speak to openly, without having to know all the answers or find the right words straight away.

I founded Studio Legale Bianucci in Milan. Together with the lawyers and colleagues who work with me, I handle criminal law, family law and compensation claims. Before you entrust us with a matter that is important to you, I would like you to know the people at the firm and the contribution each can make.

Our approach

Trust leaves room for questions

This is where I would like your relationship with our firm to begin: with the freedom to say what concerns you and ask about anything that is unclear. It may be a decision about your children, the meaning of an allegation or concern about the financial consequences of an injury. You do not need to present a perfect account. You should be able to express your doubts too.

For me, listening matters when it helps make the decisions ahead understandable. I want you to understand the reasons for a proposal, the difficulties involved and what remains uncertain. Before you instruct a lawyer, the proposed work and its costs should also be clear. Trust should not require you to accept a decision you do not understand.

Areas of assistance

The matters we can help you with

Family, children and personal relationships

We handle separation, divorce and child custody, as well as matters involving individuals and family relationships. These decisions can affect the family home, assets and children's everyday lives. The firm also has experience in family matters with international elements. You can read more about our assistance in family law.

Criminal defence and assistance for victims of crime

We assist people who need to defend themselves against an allegation and those seeking protection following a crime. Our work includes offences against individuals and property, tax and corporate offences, abuse, stalking and sexual offences. The areas we handle and the different roles in proceedings are explained on the page about our criminal law practice.

Compensation claims

We handle compensation claims involving medical liability, workplace accidents and road traffic accidents. These events can change a person's health, independence and ability to work. On our compensation claims page, we explain how to distinguish liability, the consequences of an event and the evidence supporting a claim.

Our history

The firm I founded in Milan

I am admitted to practise before the Italian Court of Cassation. I studied Law at the University of Milan and, for almost ten years, worked with Professor Daniela Vigoni in connection with the University's Criminal Procedure teaching. You can read about my background and areas of practice on my personal page.

Our office is in Milan, at Via Alberto da Giussano 26. The team brings together people with different roles: lawyers, a trainee lawyer and a family educational specialist. Understanding these differences also helps you see who can handle legal matters and who can offer educational support in family situations.
