Marco Bianucci
I am Marco Bianucci, a lawyer admitted to practise before the Court of Cassation and founder of the Bianucci Law Firm in Milan, recognized for my preparation and tenacity. My career began during my university studies at the University of Milan. I have gained significant experience, establishing myself as a criminal lawyer, family lawyer, and divorce lawyer, thanks to the multidisciplinary approach I learned from my mentors.
For nearly ten years, I collaborated with the chair of Criminal Procedure Law at the University of Milan, putting young students through their paces in criminal procedure law and supporting Professor Daniela Vigoni.
At the same time, I participated as a volunteer in legal education meetings in schools, organized pro bono. In these meetings, aimed at high schools in the province of Milan, I simulated criminal trials in classrooms to help students understand the meaning of the "trial" and the value of justice. These projects, which combine passion and social commitment, reflect my vision of law as a service to the community and a foundation of democracy.

As a criminal lawyer, in over 15 years of practice, I have dealt with criminal proceedings, some of which are well-known to the general public, always remembering that defending a person, whoever they may be, is always a great privilege.
I have represented clients in complex cases of corruption, embezzlement, extortion, tax crimes (objectively and subjectively non-existent operations), corporate and bankruptcy crimes (fraudulent bankruptcies, document frauds).
I have dealt with mafia-related crimes, assisting the families of murder victims.
In the area of associative crimes, I have also distinguished myself for defending the innocent accused of serious mafia association crimes.
Regarding medical malpractice, I have assisted both patients harmed by medical malpractice and doctors unjustly accused.
Drawing on my extensive knowledge of family law, I have handled numerous family criminal law disputes, abuse, and stalking cases.
Finally, I deal with sexual offenses, believing that the defense of the Individual must always be guaranteed, as the right to defense is an inviolable right of the individual and the figure of the lawyer is the cornerstone of the Rule of Law.
